Navajo Court, special prosecutor discuss Council criminal cases

WINDOW ROCK — Representatives of the Navajo Nation Supreme Court, the district courts, and Special Prosecutor Alan Balaran met Thursday at the Navajo Nation Museum to address administrative matters regarding Balaran’s plan to dismiss criminal cases against Navajo Nation Council delegates and refile them as civil cases.
